17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them;
he delivers them from all their troubles.
3 There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.
11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
I look at famous people of today that are considered greats and the best of all time by many: Michael Jordan, Eminem, Michael Phelps, Tiger Woods just to name a few… Yet, all of them when they first started their journeys in the respective careers did not succeed very well at their gifts and talents. They had to keep the faith and work at it even when no one supported them or believed they could do what they put their minds to. They didn’t stop, even after reaching success.
This is how it is with God. In good times, serve him. In bad times, serve him. Nothing should stop us from serving our Master. Just like you would make a way for your children if they needed, make that time for God. There is always a spare moment, even in the busiest of lives to at least thank him for the day. Am I right? We make time for what is important to us. Make God a priority and watch what happens. He will deliver you, but it will be when the time is right. Keep Serving! God has a plan for you. Be blessed.
