Exodus 33:12-13King James Version (KJV)
12 And Moses said unto the Lord, See, thou sayest unto me, Bring up this people: and thou hast not let me know whom thou wilt send with me. Yet thou hast said, I know thee by name, and thou hast also found grace in my sight.
13 Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
There is a story of a man who came home one night to find his wife making love to his best friend in their master bedroom. The man was so shocked and hurt that he simply closed the door back and went for a long drive.
He asked God questions like, “Why me,” and “What did I do to deserve this?” Then he recalled a time earlier in his life where he was involved in illegal activity and was caught and he asked the same question knowing he was dead wrong.
Then it came to him… God had mercy on him in his dark days when he was wrong. Surely he will have mercy on him in his dark days living for him.
There are many times in all of our lives where we are not sure which way to go and we are called to do something and we don’t simply because of lack of confidence. We don’t feel we are worth it. We don’t feel we can accomplish said thing.
However, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD! I charge us to remember that today. Be blessed!
