John 5:29King James Version (KJV)
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation
I recall countless times in my life where I have wondered, “Why does it seem like those who do people wrong and do nothing always prosper?” Then I had the blessing of looking at what life I’m in.
This life has a limit to it, just like all of the things in the world. All of it and these bodies will eventually pass away.
We as humans have a natural desire to want more and to want even more when we see someone with more than us, especially when we have dealt with them before and we know how they are and we don’t feel they deserve it.
Yet, we have no idea what people go through behind closed doors and we don’t know the whole story.
Today I simply charge us to thank God for what we have and worry about ourselves. Don’t focus on what someone else has or what someone else is doing. Don’t miss your blessing because you’re looking at someone else’s! Be blessed!
