I have to ask the question…

How do you feel about gay marriage or gay relationships in general?  I am not trying to cause controversy, but I do want to get opinions from each side.  I personally am not gay, but I have many friends that are and we have a strong bond.  Yes, I am also Christian, so they know where I stand on the gay and straight issue.  Yet, I believe in free will the God above has given us to make our own decisions, so I do not judge nor do I look at anyone funny because I believe we are all equal.  What do you believe?  What do you think?  Please please please let me hear your opinion!

Accept and love everyone. We don’t always have to approve of everything about everyone, but accepting and approving are different.<—- to paraphrase pastor Carl Lentz.
However it's also not in our place to judge or condemn either. Let God what's right and wrong on judgement. Whatever is right or wrong according Him, He will judge. I personally don't like the hype the goes into all this just as much as I don't like heterosexuality being on display. Relationship issues/preferences in the bedroom are private affairs and should be kept that way, straight or not. Just my opinion.

I totally agree with your statement. At the end of the day for me, it is all about love, which conquers all. I also have this question. Do you think that one’s upbringing may cause them to make a decision sometimes on whether they are straight or gay? I come from a Christian household and I will be honest. I thought about it a few times but never wanted to pursue it. So, do you think the media, the environment and society play a role in people’s decisions?
